Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the visual and interactive experience design of Swiftpass international products, guiding the designer's page presentation, and controlling the UI designer's understanding and presentation of UE design; 2. Grasping the design trends of domestic and international Internet product, having a deeper study and understanding of designs about Swiftpass products, industries, and other competitors, leading the design team to output excellent design works; 3, Seizing the product design trends and conducting user study to establish the design specifications; 4. Organizing & participating in related analysis and discussion of product optimization, complete the detailed design based on product requirements, and be responsible for tracking and advancing cross-teams during implementing product design ; 5, Share design experience with the team and improve the team's design capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. Profession background of BAT and other large-scale Internet companies or 4A advertising companies, required  vision and fashionable aesthetic standard of international industry (graphic design, Internet or handheld application) ; 2, More than 5 years of experience in the related industry and be experienced in interaction and design; 3, Clear logical thought, keen to grasp the color design, active and creative, has a strong expressive ability of visual effect; 4. Outstanding leadership and execution, rich of working passion, creativity and responsibility, good habits of continuous learning, and be able to withstand high-intensity of pressure; 5. Applicants need to provide related works.
