Our Customer is a buying office and purchasing operation for European and American clients in the Fashion business and is now looking for a Sales & Key Account Manager to follow a portfolio of clients.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities Business development: - Maintain current Accounts and develop new Accounts - Responsible for the Sales relationship with Customers - Prepare seasonal business plan based on market analysis Lead pre season Accounts sourcing and process: - Work with Accounts to establish a working season calendar and clear account expectations in sampling and meetings - Work with department managers to get agreement and commitment to the final calendar and expectations - Work with product developers to establish seasonal direction and align with accounts creative direction in order to provide creative idea - Prepare and launch all seasonal account information to team at kick off events Oversee the samples production process and manage the final pricing: - Support all departments in samples production process and manage product cost analysis and forecasting - Ensure quality control of samples and castings before handing over to Accounts - Negotiate and confirm final price with Accounts and Suppliers in order to meet company’s target margin - On-time communication with customers on bulk production - Ensure orders and delivery confirmation process are timely and accurate Reports to CEO & COO Key Required Skills - Degree in Business Administration, International Trade or equivalent background - Experience in Knitwear or Fashion industry - Previous working experience in China - English (fluent), French (fluent), good Chinese speaking level required - Capacity to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload - Flexibility to travel
