Job Responsibilities
Due to the high demand on recruitment of IT talents, We are looking for a Senior Headhunter to join our HR team and help us fill our open positions with qualified international candidates. We are looking for a enthusiastic, creative person with great communication skills to take responsibility on defining hiring criteria, sourcing potential candidates on social media and reaching out to prospects via email or phone. We expect from candidate to be familiar with online and offline sourcing techniques, like networking at career events and searching for potential hires through resume databases. As our Senior Headhunter you will place qualified candidates in a timely manner and build talent pipelines for hiring needs of Preston Capital Group. Responsibilities -Coordinate with Managers to define necessary requirements for open roles -Send recruiting emails to potential candidates and follow up when necessary -Browse resume databases and portfolio sites -Cooperate with our Social Media / Marketing Manager to join groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates -Advertise open positions to external networks -Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data -Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree -Work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar role ( at least 2 years) -Excellent communication and persuasion abilities -Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously -Good decision-making skills -Knowledge / experience in IT field is a big advantage -English Speaking -Foreign and Chinese candidates are welcome to apply!
