Job Responsibilities

Job requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, more than one year ofYandex, VK, My Target and other advertising platform operation experience, in-depth understanding of its advertising delivery optimization mechanism; - Understand the overseas mobile Internet advertising market, and experience in e-commerce industry or game tools promotion is preferred; - Have strong logical thinking, fast learning ability, and sensitive data analysis awareness - Work proactively, patiently and meticulously, with a high degree of responsibility and ability to withstand stress; - Good communication and communication skills, good at coordination, limited team management experience; - Fluent in English and Russian. Job responsibilities: - Conduct overseas advertising on Yandex, VK, My Target and other major advertising platforms - Real-time monitoring of advertising data, analysis and statistics, and timely adjustment of delivery strategies to ensure the achievement of customer KPIs; - Analyze the creative report, understand the consumer behavior of the target market, grasp the language and culture of the target market, and provide constructive advice for creative production and copywriting design; - Pay attention to and learn about new features or products that help Yandex, VK, My Target and other advertising, evaluate and select new features or products suitable for the company's product promotion, and launch the work accordingly. - Responsible for the training of Yandex, VK, My Target and other account operations and optimization to team members. - Regularly communication with customers, organize data reports, provide staged delivery strategies and account suggestions; regularly produce ad account optimization case analysis reports, and summarize optimization experience.
