Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities are wide-ranging, mainly focused on museum and exhibition design projects. We welcome candidates with diverse skillsets to apply, particularly those with interest and experience in public relations and/or marketing. Specific job responsibilities will be set according to strengths and interests of individual applicants. Responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining relationships with partners (e.g. embassies, cultural centres, art organisations, schools, international artists) - Preparing PR and promotional materials in Chinese and English - Organising and attending meetings to discuss cooperation with a range of partners - Preparing cooperation proposals and managing projects from concept to realisation - Oral translation / interpreting work - Contributing to development of site and graphic design for projects - Making working schedule
Job Requirements
Candidate Profile: - Fluent in English and Chinese (other languages a bonus) - Flexible with a can-do attitude - Independent and eager to learn - Interest in Chinese culture - Strong communication skills and ability to present information - Bachelors degree of above (preferably in arts, culture or marketing) - Basic sales and marketing knowledge
