Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a high-caliber manager level person to provide support for the US MNC program and American Multinational Clients. The role will incorporate the following responsibilities but will not be limited to: US MNC XlOS Program responsibilities: Support the US MNC leader to drive and implement effective fiscal year strategies by working with the Relationship Partners and core account teams; Work with LOS and Industry Leaders and other sub-sector Leaders on designing/planning Account Planning Workshops; Analysis and presentation of financial and pipeline data; Co-ordinating external (client and industry association sessions) and internal meeting schedules as part of GRP/global sector leader and other SME visits; Take responsibility for managing / executing account team co-ordination and communications; Produce and distribute internal US MNC XLOS newsletter (when appropriate); Implement and manage client relationship maps for key US MNC priority clients (i.e. identification of key buyers, assignment of PwC relationship owners and expected frequency of contact); Support US MNC related projects and events, and serve as the main liaison with M&C; Serve as the dedicated account driver to drive revenue and relationship building on specific priority accounts (when appropriate); and Implement and manage US Roadshow for XLOS China team if appropriate to build pipeline and opportunities (when appropriate). US MNC Program responsibilities: Work with US MNC Program Leader to implement and drive the US MNC program; Organize team meetings, manage agenda, prepare presentations and distribute communications/meeting notes; Develop and manage regular MNC program reports – dashboard, pipeline, revenue tracking; Work with US MNC priority account teams on client briefings (as needed), research, key account review sessions; Team with key partners, key team members and SMEs to discuss opportunities, activities, etc.; Produce and distribute internal communications including– US MNC key wins, client news, marketing activities, etc.; Support market-focused client projects and events, be the main liaison with M&C; Serve as the dedicated account driver to drive revenue and relationship building on specific priority accounts (when appropriate); and Implement and manage US Roadshow for XLOS China team if appropriate to build pipeline and opportunities (when appropriate).
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing or a related discipline; Strong organizational skills and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Ability to think laterally and multi-task; Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm; A positive and willing-to-learn attitude. Preferred characteristics Chinese-speaking, but ideally educated in the US, Europe or Australia so with fluent English and Chinese; Strong excel and analytical skills; Good understanding of PwC and its systems (ideally with experience of working in the CN/HK firm); Self-starter, able to work under pressure and with minimal guidance; and Good communication and persuasion skills (able to achieve results through influence).
