Job Responsibilities
1.Customer Relationship Management Plan and implement CRM projects to achieve strategic goals Manage CRM system and analyse client performance for all types of CRM reports Work closely with internal departments and regional offices to ensure projects can be implemented effectively Client collateral and gift coordination Develop 3rd party collaboration 2.Budget and Expense Report Monitor CRM budget Consolidate monthly and quarterly Marketing expense report and align with Finance team
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, capacity in a related business or brand. International luxury brand experience will be a plus. Familiarity with various types of CRM works, also have successful experience in project management. Fluent in English both oral and written. Dvanced analytical & computer skills (MS Office) required. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Strong ownership & passion for the brand. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Team-worker, people-oriented, committed, passionate, can work under pressure.
