Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing and managing overseas supplier resources, collecting and analyzing supplier information and procurement market trends, implementing supplier development and supplier process management, developing effective procurement strategies and establishing stable supply channels; 2. Be responsible for the expansion and introduction of overseas brands and categories, and enrich the category structure of the company; 3. Responsible for the department's annual performance requirements, and decomposed the procurement target to each procurement; 4. Fully responsible for the guidance, management and adjustment of the procurement team, and responsible for the formulation and improvement of the procurement business; 5. Responsible for the establishment and management of overseas purchasing department, including recruitment, training, assessment and incentive, performance improvement, work discipline, team activities, etc., and cooperate with related departments to improve relevant management system.
Job Requirements
Job requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in IC overseas procurement and development, and at least 2 years of experience in management team; 2. Good English communication and reading skills; familiar with the language habits of foreigners is preferred; 3. Familiar with the main original factories, agents and key product lines of IC industry, and have one set of supplier resources; 4. Strong ability of industry information collection and analysis judgment, rich negotiation experience and skills; 5. Strong authority in team management, rich experience in regulating system, improving process and inter-departmental communication; 6. Have a clear understanding of various management methods, and think strategically and overall about the department system and management;
