Job Requirements
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is essential; conversational or higher-level German is a significant plus. Business Development Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in B2B sales with proven success in developing OEM relationships, ideally within the heavy vehicle sector. Project Management Skills: Experience managing complex, cross-border projects with a focus on clear documentation and stakeholder communication. Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the European commercial vehicle industry.
