Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: - Identify the best KA partners in the region and establish a step-by-step approach to win cooperation with these customers, leveraging resources of distribution partners; - Negotiate contract terms with Key accounts including investment and performing targets, seek JBP cooperation if possible; - Create solid and trusting relationship between major key customers and company, gain best support possible from customers; - Manage daily communications with customer develop comprehensive understanding of key accounts; - Develop detailed planning and execution tracking to guarantee the achievements of JBP targets, including daily operation, POSM display, customer marketing plan, promotion plan, user acquisition plan, at the same time control and monitor budgets; - Work with internal team members e.g.design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing to ensure the highest quality of our brand presence and providing best class service to satisfy reasonable customer needs; - Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training; - Analyze Key account data to provide customer relationship management; - Meeting customer needs and deliverables according to proposed time lines.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; - Minimum 5 years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience; - Detail oriented, able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results; - Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to build trusting relations with internal stakeholders and external customers; - Entrepreneurship Mindset. Highly responsible and result oriented; - Able to multitask, work under pressure and tight timelines.
