Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement marketing promotion strategies and budgets based on the annual headquarters plan. 2. Plan and execute marketing activities, including trade shows, product showcases, distributor conferences, grand openings, and promotions. 3. Establish partnerships with local media, celebrities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and coordinate media events and press conferences. 4. Manage official social media, as well as develop other digital marketing tools. 5. Coordinate the production of local brand materials, including profiles, case studies, videos, and event materials. 6. Supervise and guide the implementation of brand image standards at the retail stores. 7. Collect market research data and gather local news materials for marketing purposes.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Five or more years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the sanitary ware, building materials, home decor, or household appliance industry, preferably with renowned brands. 3. Strong ability to develop and manage marketing promotion strategies and budgets. 4. Excellent proficiency in the local language for effective written communication. 5. Fluent English communication skills and strong coordination abilities.
