Job Responsibilities
1.Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share among large retail chain clients in the furniture sector. 2.Manage and grow an efficient sales team, ensuring team members meet individual and team sales targets. 3.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. 4.Stay abreast of the latest trends and market movements in the furniture industry to provide clients with the best solutions. 5.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions to increase brand awareness and market share. 6.Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and adjust sales strategies based on market feedback. 7.Manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation and use of resources. 8.Participate in discussions regarding product development and pricing strategies to ensure product competitiveness. 9.Be willing to travel to meet client needs and business development requirements.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. 2.A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B sales management role. 3.Extensive sales and market knowledge in the furniture or related industry. 4.Proven experience in managing and collaborating with 1099 sales representatives. 5.Strong leadership and team-building abilities. 6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 7.Ability to work independently and as a team player. 8.Proficiency in CRM systems and office software.
