Job Responsibilities
1. Manage daily affairs, including but not limited to scheduling, organizing documents, handling emails, and writing reports; 2. Responsible for organizing internal meetings, taking minutes, and following up on meeting decisions; 3. Collect and analyze market, competitor and industry information to provide data analysis for business development; 4. Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination, including liaison with partners, suppliers, government agencies, etc; 5. Responsible for administrative tasks, creating, maintaining and filing company documents, including contracts, reports, etc.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, Business management, Administrative management, English and other related majors preferred; 2. Relevant work experience in GM Assistant and Executive Assistant is preferred; 3. Proficient in Thai and English listening, speaking, reading and writing, excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
