Job Responsibilities
1.Paper work, translation, tickets booking, reception, dinner reservation, calendar updating, achieving. 2.Pre-checking documents to be signed or approved by GM office. 3.Assisting supervisor to prepare plans, reports and documents. 4.Updating customer visit list, sending the list to all and making appointment with GM office. 5.Assisting GM/president with information collection, business strategies and developing. 6.Assisting GM with marketing & sales team management and key accounts developing & maintaining. 7.Organizing and jointing meetings sponsored by GM office, taking minutes and following up open problems. 8.Assisting coordinating work between departments and assuring work related to GM/President done in right time, in right way. Other departmental works assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
1. University graduated, preferred in sales, marketing, or administration; 2. Fluent in English and Chinese; 3. Fluent in a third language is plus. 4. Good PC knowledge on MS office & PowerPoint; 5. Database knowledge is plus. 6. Driving License in China.
