Job Responsibilities
-Be responsible for the formalities and file management of employees' entry, resignation, regularization and post adjustment; -Assist in formulating and improving the company's human resource management systems and processes, and supervise their implementation; -Implement the recruitment plan, including publishing recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, tracking interview results, etc. -Organizing the implementation of the training plan and evaluating the training effect; -Responsible for employee relations management, handling employee complaints and maintaining good employee relations; -Regularly analyze human resources data to support management decision-making; -Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, enterprise management or related fields is preferred; -Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit; -Serious and responsible, careful and rigorous, with strong learning ability and adaptability; -Proficient in using Office software, with certain data analysis ability; -Proficient in Spanish
