Job Responsibilities: Maintains relationships with hiring managers within a business and sub-region; develops relationships with key decision-makers. Ensure annual recruiting plan are in place and execution plan completed effectively Provides support on hiring initiatives where there is staffing impact. Seek and select and effective recruiting channels Provide advice about resourcing solutions; Develop and manage relationships with third party suppliers Responsible for recruiting system and procedure and monitoring and reporting on the recruiting status as well as participation and tracking of talent selection Be able to conduct recruitment projects independently Employment Life Cycle In charge of the whole employment life cycle to ensure that all matters are well managed. Other HR Activities Any services relating to HR that are not covered by any of the above mentioned services by required by the HR Line Manager.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above, major in Human Resources or related field preferred. English Native Speaker is preferred, fluent Chinese is a plus Minimum of 2 years in direct human resource work, especially recruitment. HR general and payroll experience would be a plus Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines; Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives; Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive improvements Result oriented and Customer oriented Strong communication and facilitation skills Good collaboration and influencing skills and team work spirit Proactive and independent attitude Excellent computer skill in EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD
