Job Responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for the implementation of the local daily operation plan and the research and sorting out of relevant operation qualification policies, and report to the headquarters on time. 2. Report the operation of the local company to the headquarters in real-time, and do a good job in daily operation risk prevention and control. 3. Responsible for docking with suppliers, customs clearance agencies, and other related matters. 4. Responsible for the design and management of the local operation process. 5. Responsible for the company's asset inventory, business verification, and other related matters. 6. Review all business invoices, keep them properly, and report to headquarters on time. 7. Maintain close communication with the headquarters and properly implement group policies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in business, IT, and other related majors are preferred, with three years of office administration, office operation, background is preferred. 2. It is preferred to have a certain understanding of import and export trade, or customs declaration and clearance. 3. Be able to adapt to the atmosphere of a start-up company and be willing to take responsibility actively. 4.
