Job Responsibilities
Conduct market segmentation analysis and proactively identify/develop key accounts within assigned regions to build long-term client partnerships; Execute global market intelligence research, track project pipelines, and drive regional sales target achievement; Lead end-to-end bidding processes for large-scale international projects, including bid documentation preparation, strategy formulation, and post-bid debriefings; Negotiate international sales contracts and manage accounts receivable collection with cross-border compliance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electromechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields; 2+ years of international sales experience in automation equipment/logistics mega-projects preferred; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD skills are advantageous; Strong market sensing capabilities with agility to capture industry trends; Existing networks in chemical, pharmaceutical, or cold chain industries prioritized; Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline, compliance awareness, and results-driven mindset; Excellent English proficiency for contract drafting and multicultural negotiation; Collaborative team player with high accountability and entrepreneurial spirit.
