Job Responsibilities
Market Development and Customer Expansion Take charge of exploring overseas target markets and identifying potential customers, including distributors, agents, and end - users. Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics, and formulate regional sales strategies. Customer Relationship Management Follow up on customer needs, offer product solutions, quotations, conduct contract negotiations, and provide after - sales service support. Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree or above. Majors in international trade, marketing, business English, or related fields will be given priority. With more than 2 years of overseas sales experience, familiar with foreign trade processes (such as letters of credit, international logistics, customs declaration, etc.). Candidates with experience in specific industries (sales of far - infrared lenses) or regional market resources will be preferred. Fluent in English (both written and oral), able to independently write emails, contracts, and conduct business negotiations. Excellent cross - cultural communication skills, adaptable to working in different time zones, and capable of flexibly responding to customer needs. Strong business negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure are required. Familiar with the industry rules, laws, and regulations of the target market (such as EU CE certification, US FCC certification, etc.), and understand export compliance requirements and risk management (such as exchange rate fluctuations, payment risks). Proficient in using Office software, CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and data analysis tools. Have the ability to conduct market research and independently develop customers.
