Job Responsibilities
New energy vehicle sales and after-sales services, charging pile operation, taxi operation, etc. Assist in developing import and export trade operations, overseeing the entire business process. Personnel management: Coordinate and manage both Chinese and local staff. Handle foreign trade documents to ensure accurate customs declaration, inspection, and other procedures. Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing professional product consultations and after-sales services. Participate in business negotiations to facilitate contract signing, and track order execution. Coordinate the team to complete project tasks, enhancing work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Language Proficiency Russian: Fluent in both spoken and written communication. English: Proficient (preferred if the Russian language requirement is met). Professional Skills Master international trade rules and processes, with practical foreign trade experience. Excellent negotiation skills and teamwork abilities, capable of handling complex business scenarios. Skilled in team management, adept at motivating team members to maximize performance. Familiar with the markets in Russia and Central Asia, able to adjust business strategies according to market demands.
