Job Responsibilities

Main responsibilities: Management of the company's procurement activities. Ensuring a high level of reliability of supplies and quality of services provided by suppliers - factories, market analysis, monitoring of pricing and conditions. Analysis and control of warehouse balances. Acceptance of goods at the warehouse-office. Control of the received goods - components by quantity, quality to the warehouse. Completing an order for factories by quantity. Visiting various factories where orders are placed in order to control the quality of products. Quality control of products shipped from the factory. Optimization of work with suppliers. Control of settlements with suppliers- factories. Work with transport companies. Coordination of customs procedures on the territory of China for subsequent export to different countries. What will you do: Negotiate with factories and provide reports to management. Control the timing of production and delivery of goods. Build with suppliers – factories

Who do we see in our team: Are you in China and ready to move to Shenzhen Knowledge of Chinese (Hsk 5 and above) is mandatory. Knowledge of English at least UPPER-INTERMEDIATE is mandatory.
