Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for etire recruitment,deliver strong supports on end to end talent acquisition process, from job posting through sourcing & screening, all the way till extending an offer, all aimed to attract talents from entry level to top level. 2.Partner with external outsourced recruiting channels (job board and search firms, etc.) and also cultivate talent database pool 3.Support HR team on regional localization and optimization of policies and procedures, manpower efficiency and productivity analysis 4.Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives. 5.Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry and preparation of payroll summary, etc 6.Handle administrative duties including drafting of letters relating to employees' employment, etc 7.Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Please contact Harvey if you are interested.
