Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in or lead the development of sales strategies, sales plans, and sales targets for specific overseas regions. 2. Create and implement sales plans for designated industries/regions, including necessary client visits and business development. 3. Develop and manage the sales budget, control sales costs, and improve sales profits. 4. Develop and train potential sales engineers, and build a sales team. 5. Collaborate with other international sales teams to execute sales plans. 6. Host important visiting clients and coordinate daily sales activities.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Chemical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. Overseas study experience is preferred. 2. At least 3 years of practical experience in industrial product sales or over 1 year of sales management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or materials industries. 3. Ability to understand equipment drawings, proficient in explaining product knowledge, and possessing a certain level of adaptability. 4. Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to accept occasional overseas business trips.
