Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Commodity operation, local assembly, market research, and end-to-end alignment of commodities in the electronic cigarette industry. Conduct market demand and competitive trend analysis for e-cigarette products, and formulate product procurement plans and schemes. Responsible for architecture design, task assignment, project management, project control, project coordination and other work of the overall product project. Responsible for quality management and cost control of the project. Responsible for coordinating project development work, promoting the orderly progress of the project, and ensuring that products are imported on time and with high quality. Integrate supply chain resources and be responsible for the entire project link of product selection and launch. Continuously optimize, develop and integrate the supply chain system, and continuously develop products with competitive advantages Track product sales data, returns and exchanges and market feedback, and continuously improve products in a targeted manner.

The candidate must be an exceptionally strong communicator and analytic thinker and have a history of delivering results. Strategic and growth minded thinker who is always three steps ahead and adaptable to ever changing business needs, delivering value to both the customer and business on each iteration. High level of ownership, accountability, and self-initiative with the curiosity and capacity to learn and the agility to rapidly switch context. Rich understanding of Indonesian retail and online commerce markets, B2B experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
