1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business management, construction machinery or related; 2. More than one years of international marketing experience, port machinery or construction machinery (or heavy industry) marketing experience, with deep industry background and certain customer resources is preferred; , can accept outstanding graduates; 3. Familiar with the market and able to timely grasp the market dynamics, with strong market analysis ability, and the ability to formulate and optimize business processes; 4. Able to identify problems existing in the management process, give feasible improvement suggestions and implement them; 5. Successful experience in commercial negotiation; 6. Able to participate in the formulation of marketing policies and agency management policies; 7.
