1. Responsible for assisting leaders in drafting and issuing documents, keeping records and keeping them; 2. Responsible for company meeting minutes and filing; 3. Responsible for the organization, arrangement, implementation and management of company meetings; 4. Other administrative related temporary work arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in business or secretary related major; 2. Good writing and communication skills; 3. Honest, responsible, self-motivated and strong executive ability; 4. Proficient in office software such as excel and word.
