Job Requirements

1.Need management skills 2.Need good command of oral and written English 3.Need strong automotive engineering background and same industry preferred 4.Need to guide local AEs 5.Some Program Management skills preferred 6.Expect business travels in Asian countries, US and Europe 7.Need frequent communication with domestic/overseas customers 8.Need minimum 10 years of working experience with 5 years of management experience 9.Takata will provide training in US, Europe, etc. during first 3 months from start of work.
