Job Responsibilities
1. Develop a strategic plan for the Thailand Branch that is in line with the company vision, manage associated budgets, and adapt strategy to evolving needs to meet target. 2. Manage contracts and relationships with clients. 3. Manage daily operations, including authorization of expenses and driving revenue. 4. Oversee branch operations by ensuring staff accountability and fostering collaborative, solution-oriented meetings. 5. Build a robust sales team that holds strong client relationships locally within Thailand, as well as in the Southeast Asia region. 6. Develop a branch culture that cultivates talent, mentorship, and retention of quality staff.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in international logistics and International trade professional preferred. 2. At least 8 years of experience in the freight forwarder industry AND 5+ years of experience in a management role. Candidate should be familiar with international freight forwarder around Bangkok, Thailand, and show evidence of strong leadership and client relationships. 3. Familiarity with industry updates, market trends, and customer resources within the logistics industry (air and sea). 4. Proficient in English and Thai. Basic Mandarin.
