Overview: The company in China is active on off line and Online channels, working directly and indirectly with the major players such as T-mall both in their cross-border and domestic platforms. The company invests directly in the market through a marketing agency and operate in the mentioned channels through TP operators. The BDD will manage the current business of the company in China as well as the future channels like WeChat, Douyin, Sephora and Travel Retail. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Implement the strategy of the company and adapt it into the Chinese market. • Manage existing sales channels. • Maximize brand potential. • Identify and review market opportunities. • The company's point of contact for Chinese authorities. • Oversee TPs/local distributors plans and performance. • Monitor Financial and logistics processes and reporting. • Promote and drive all of the company's programs, launches and sales initiatives. • Work with the company's headquarters teams (Ecom, Retail, professionals) on local strategy and work plan.
Skills & Abilities: • Bachelor’s degree. M.A – preferred but not required. • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Beauty industry working with Int’l premium brands. • Native Chinese (Local candidate). • Fluent in English, verbal & written. • Experience with Tmall/Alibaba companies – MUST! • Experience within the professional haircare industry- significant advantage. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Managerial experience. • Ability to domestic travels (within China).
