Job Responsibilities

➢ Quality and Traffic Control on SharePoint English materials, including but not limited to： Company/industry/practice credentials; Case studies; Award entries; Bios; Winning proposals. Once receive all above materials from different Ruder Finn offices and practices across Asia, EA will need to review, reject, polish or adapt, and finally upload them onto the SharePoint, to ensure the SharePoint has the most up to date quality documents. ➢ Award entry draft and preparations： EA to work with Ruder Finn local team to draft, develop, review, and finally submit English PR and marketing award entries. ➢ Foreign media relations: EA to network with Foreign media, to complete RF foreign media database and profile; establish foreign media relationships for RF and provide foreign media PR service when required by Ruder Finn team.

Job Requirements

Native English speaker; At least 3 years PR or reporter experience, ex-foreign reporter is a plus; Excellent content development skills, including but not limited to PR and business writings; Prefer a fast learner with a strategic mindset; natural communicator and good team player; Self-initiative and disciplined, willing to have business trips.
