Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in sorting out customer information, follow up on the progress of orders, and be responsible for coordinating and communicating with various suppliers, logistics companies, etc. to ensure that orders are produced and shipped on time, and promptly feed back the problems arising during the production and logistics processes. 2. Assist in maintaining the existing customer resources, develop new supplier channels and conduct market research to collect industry trends, customer needs, etc., providing references for business expansion. 3. Be responsible for operating the company's website, following up on customer inquiries, promptly replying to customers' emails and telephone inquiries. Assist in organizing the reception work for customer visits, including itinerary arrangements, meeting preparations, etc. Assist the company in participating in domestic and international exhibitions, and be responsible for the preparation, booth layout and on-site services of the exhibitions. 4. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the superior leader.
Job Requirements
1.Education: College degree or above is required, with majors related to international trade or business English. 2.Experience: Fresh graduates are acceptable. Overseas study experience will be given preference. 3. Skills: The applicant should be responsible, teamwork spirit and the ability to handle affairs independently, and be brave in exploration and innovation.
