Job Responsibilities

▌ Overseas Market Expansion Develop regional market penetration strategies, and lead cooperation with key clients, channels, industries, and ecosystems. ▌ Transnational Operations Management Build localized operation systems to achieve a balance between standardization and localization of multi-country businesses. ▌ Transnational Supply Chain Management Design a global supply chain system to ensure efficient global supply and compliance. ▌ Product Globalization Lead international certification and localized adaptation of hardware and solution products. ▌ International Finance and Risk Management Establish a compliance management system that meets EU/US GDPR, ISO standards, etc. ▌ International Human Resources Design overseas talent management systems, resolve incentives and cultural conflicts in cross-national teams, and promote compliance construction.

Job Requirements

Industry Threshold At least 5 years of experience in AIDC, Internet of Things (IoT), smart hardware, or related fields; with over 3 years of successful experience in overseas-related business and professional fields. Core Competencies Seamless bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English. Proficiency in at least one regional market (Europe, America, or Southeast Asia). Willingness to accept global expatriation or business travel. Cultural Fit Ability to quickly establish business logic in ambiguous environments. Strong self-drive to promote and accelerate business processes.
