Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in formulating the annual overseas sales plan and break it down into actionable tasks. 2. Develop and build the department's talent pipeline, achieve annual overseas sales targets, actively secure and coordinate resources, and conduct timely reviews and summaries. 3. Collaborate with branding and related departments to establish the overseas brand presence. Promote the brand through online channels (search engines, social networks, company website) and offline channels (exhibitions, site visits, partnerships), communicate the company's brand value, showcase its competitiveness, and drive overseas sales. 4. Manage overseas business processes and risk control, oversee the entire process of overseas trade orders, including negotiations, contract signing, document review, order management, transportation, customs clearance, and payment collection. 5. Monitor changes in the local overseas market, provide feedback on market and competitor information, analyze competitor products, and develop targeted sales strategies. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, in International Trade, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. Proficient in English; additional foreign language skills (such as Japanese) are preferred. 3. At least 5 years of experience in sales of cleaning robots/facilities and equipment, including 2-3 years of overseas sales experience; strong team management skills; keen understanding of overseas markets and international macroeconomic environment. 4. Extensive experience in expanding overseas markets and servicing international clients; excellent marketing negotiation skills and marketing capabilities. 5. Demonstrates a spirit of sharing and teamwork, strong self-motivation, passionate team leadership, and willingness to take responsibility.
