Job Responsibilities
Preparation of PPAP documentation, supervision of the APQP process for approval by the automotive customer. Preparation of 8D analyses and reports, initiation and implementation of actions improving the implemented Management Systems. Development and implementation of quality documentation including: quality procedures and instructions, control plans. Communication with the Customer regarding visits and audits, new products, product feedback and corrective actions. Analysis of quality indicators and results, testing of process capabilities.
Job Requirements
Completed higher education in a technical field. Knowledge of English enabling free communication; knowledge of Chinese will be an additional asset. Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company from the automotive industry - minimum 2 years. Experience in cooperation with Customers from the automotive industry, knowledge of customer portals; Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 requirements. Knowledge of quality documentation: PPAP, FMEA/Control Plan. Knowledge of statistical tools MSA, SPC and problem-solving methods (8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa Diagram).
