Job Responsibilities
Position: - Native or fluent speakers of German - Loves and understands games - Eager to communicate with players and help them solve issues they encounter - Patient, caring, and responsible personality - Collect and organize player feedback, bugs, and recommendations - Answer player inquiries on the following platforms: E-mail, Google Play, Apple Store, Steam, etc. - Other responsibilities may arise depending on client requests
Job Requirements
Work Times: Mondays to Sundays: 9:00-13:00, 13:00-17:00, 17:00-22:00 Mondays to Sundays (Night Shift): 22:00-3:00, 3:00-8:00 *The aforementioned are general work shifts, and may be subject to changes depending on the requirements of each particular client and project *We only consider working with persons able to work full shifts four or more days per week. If you only have 1-2 hours to put off for this each day you needn’t apply, thank you for understanding! *You must have the time to work full shifts ! The work is fairly simple and salary is calculated per hour.
