Job description: Kaleidos makeup makes makeup for an enthusiastic niche of artistically minded and quality-oriented consumers. We strive to constantly adjust and improve our marketing strategy to more effectively and efficiently reach these consumers. The role of the Overseas PR Specialist is to help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns aimed at overseas consumers. This includes but is not limited to social media influencer selection and outreach, collaborations, and influencer and customer relationship management. In addition, the Overseas PR Specialist plans and coordinates strategies for brand and influencer content. Job Duties: • Coordinate campaigns: Plan marketing campaigns aimed at overseas consumers involving different products, launch objectives, and target audiences. • Influencer Outreach：Strategically select and contact overseas social media influencers to build a diverse yet cohesive network of fans and consumers. • Influencer relationship management: Nurture overseas influencer relationships to strengthen brand reputation and authenticity of influencer content. • Social listening: Systematically review overseas influencer content and brand related content and analyze their performance to guide further influencer outreach and relationship management. • Branded content: Collaborate with videographer to plan and coordinate the creation of various forms of media on behalf of the brand. • Customer relationship management: Interpret and respond to overseas customer concerns and demands.

Job Requirements

Requirements: • Native or near-native proficiency in English. • An undergraduate degree from a university in an English-speaking country. • At least one year of work experience in a related field. Soft skills • Tactful, confident and adaptable communicator. • Familiar with influencer marketing in the makeup industry. • Experienced with Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok.
