Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage new Products (bakery and pastry). Assist in testing existing suppliers and approving new suppliers, including raw material specifications. Effectively train and educate staff according to the needs determined by the business, customer and legislative requirements. To review, audit and challenge factory operations, product quality and quality systems to ensure that manufacturing operations maintain the highest standards of food safety and product integrity. Investigate and respond to customer complaints within a timely manner, following through on corrective actions and ensuring further training is completed where appropriate. Liaise with Senior Management Team with any reasonable requests.
Job Requirements
Baker-Pastry experience. Food industry experience. Excellent communication skills. Proficient at using Microsoft office programs is helpful. Good English (Chinese language skills is a bonus). Driven and motivated. Works well under pressure. To act as a role model for best practice.
