Responsibilities: Develop sales strategy and channel for local and overseas markets to achieve assigned sales target and KPIs; Analyse market trends to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategy plan to capture new markets and to grow existing markets; Liaise with other departments to plan and to deliver campaigns or programs to drive sales; Work closely with distributors to expand sales channel and explore new product opportunities Assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
Requirements: 3+ years B2B sales experience in the prefabricated house or experiece in handle key account in trading field. University degree or above. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong background in sales channel recruitment and management in local and overseas markets; Numeric sensitive, result oriented and has strong drive to achieve; Has strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skill, self-motivated, proactive and team player; Ability to prioritize workload, recognize key opportunities and build customer relationships. Works independently, stable and willing to work under pressure Ability to effectively prepare and deliver formal presentation of ideas and proposals, with the aid of MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
