Basic responsibility is to achieve the sales target of Germany market, responsible for customer management, marketing management, partner management, finance risk management and so on. The person is measured by how effectively the above is done in a way to win deals and maintain customer satisfactions according to the company’s strategies and vision. 1.Develop business and build up distribution network based on company strategy and reach the sales target in Germany; 2.Manage sales projects and control the selling process; 3.Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreement; 4.Keep and improve relationship with the partners and customers; 5.Participate in public events and fairs to promote GRG brand and products; 6.Provide foresight recommendation for future development, such as new market development, new product design.
1. At least 5 years work experience in banking self-service terminal sales, ATM sales and/or bank IT related experience preferred; 2. Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management; 3.Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills; 4.Customer Driven, Results Oriented with integrity and systematic work habits; 5.Good Human relationship skill and cross culturally sensitive; 6.Passionate, Hungry and Discipline in whatever he/she does; Proactive and must be good team player; 7.Excellent communication skills both in German and English; 8.Business travel is required.
