Finding jobs and meeting new people has always been a huge source of concern for many people. Some of us cannot build up the courage to present ourselves in the best light possible, and making that happen in a foreign country can seem drearier than ever
Finding jobs and meeting new people has always been a huge source of concern for many people. Some of us cannot build up the courage to present ourselves in the best light possible, and making that happen in a foreign country can seem drearier than ever.
What lacks in our society and is blocking the the pathway? Support…and a lot of it! Support can come in a number of immeasurable forms, ranging from mentoring and guidance, to creating a comfortable environment when meeting new people.
For example – Does networking look less intimidating like this:
…or like this?
So why is it always so difficult to ease ourselves from the work grind and appreciate our qualities and natural gifts? It’s mainly because the fast paced – booming or receding economy does not allow us to do so. The world keeps us on our toes even when we least likely should be!
China in that respect is the new land of opportunity. It encourages people to become entrepreneurs. Moreover, it allows, more than many other countries, for people to have part-time work, which frees up their time to pursue ventures and opportunities that may have been otherwise considered as unrealistic. With this mentality however, we tend to undervalue the prospect of an idea, which could potentially blow up to become leading services we use on a daily basis.
Now, go let your hair down and relaxed a little, whilst keeping your goals in clear view….perhaps even more so after knocking back a beer or two!
We therefore invite you toHiredChina.com’s Finest Networking Party with the theme of:

The GIFTED Team
Every one of us is gifted. Inside each of us there are gifts we were born with; they make us special; they are always there. We believe you should utilise your gifts to bring value to the world!
GIFTED takes you through a step by step process that gets you to discover your passions, develop them into talents, and dedicate your life to serving your purpose.
Many people don’t believe this is possible or don’t know how to make it possible. Therefore, we at GIFTED have spent hundreds of hours creating a solution to this question, and we shall bring you the answers at the event!
Speaker #2:
Ricky Cortés
Ricky Cortés is a businessman, an author and a life coach. He comes from Colombia, graduated from Yale University and has been in China for six years.
