Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred -Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational environment - Astrong portfolio showcasing innovative design and conceptualwork - Exceptional leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to manage and direct a creative team - Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with web design technologies - Basic understanding of2D and 3D motion design and respective technologles (lLe. Unreal, Houdini, Cinema4D, Octane, etc.)
