Job Responsibilities

Working Location: Moscow, Russia. Responsibility: 1. Based on the local strategy to make human resource strategy including organization development plan, C&B& Performance management policies, training plan, etc. 2. Developing people with region head while deploying Company processes & tools, taking in consideration both business needs and people aspirations; 3. Daily HR operations (e.g. C&B& Performance, Staffing, Training, Employee Relationship, Culture Building etc.) 4. Working closely with the HQ HR in Shenzhen, China to mobilize HR resource in order to provide HR service in Russia & CIS region in terms of full spectrum and high level of quality. 5. Effective communication to manage flow of information top-down and bottom up. Good listening and professional relationships with employees and region head. 6. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR relevant field or equivalent like Professional Human Resources certification 2. Minimum 3 years of solid HR working experiences in a multinational company, familiar with all HR modules especially C&B, Staffing and employee relationship management 3. Good communication skills (verbally/written) 4. Understanding of local labor law, HR processes and tools 5. Customer focus, problem solving skill
