Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement annual business plans and sales strategies for the Russian market in alignment with the company’s overall goals, ensuring the achievement of branch targets. Team Management and Development: Lead the team at the Russia branch, set team goals, assess performance, and provide necessary training and support to improve team efficiency and cohesion. Market Expansion and Channel Management: Oversee brand promotion, product sales, and channel development in the Russian market, increasing the company’s market share. Supply Chain and Operations Management: Ensure smooth operations at the branch, coordinate communication with headquarters regarding production, logistics, and sales, and optimize supply chain management. Client Relationship Management: Actively develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, enhancing customer loyalty and improving the company’s brand presence in the local market. Financial and Budget Control: Manage branch finances and budgets, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability. Reporting and Coordination: Provide regular updates to headquarters on business progress and financial status, ensuring smooth communication with the head office.

Job Requirements

Industry Background: Must have relevant experience in the bathroom industry, with a deep understanding of bathroom products and market trends. Management Experience: At least 5 years of management experience in the bathroom industry, with a proven track record as a branch manager, regional manager, or in a similar role. Language Skills: Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is a plus for cross-cultural communication. Market Experience: Familiar with the Russian and surrounding markets, with strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities. Leadership and Execution: Excellent leadership, decision-making, and cross-departmental coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams to achieve targets efficiently.
