Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the team leader to promote the construction of the company's information platform, digital transformation and daily support of the business system; 2. Write and maintain the documents, operation manuals and knowledge base of each business software system. 3. Train and guide new employees, and regularly organize system training for each business unit to ensure that users can accurately understand and use the system. 4. Monitor and manage the business software system to ensure the stability and availability of the system, and solve problems and faults in a timely manner. 5. Responsible for docking and testing with other internal and external systems, as well as the preparation of (development) requirements documents. 6. Integrate relevant data of business systems and establish standardized and unified data logic standards. 7. Responsible for the extraction and screening of report data in each business system and the addition and adjustment of printing templates. 8. Responsible for the formulation, implementation, promotion and optimization of the standardized process of the application system for opening a new store. 9. Respond to and complete the tasks assigned by the superior supervisor in a timely manner;
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above (outstanding college ability can be considered), computer related majors, at least 3 years of work experience in the retail industry, with a driver's license 2. At least proficient in Oracle, mysql, sqlserver database two or more, proficient in a variety of addition, deletion, modification and query statements, familiar with stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, etc., Will flexibly use database tools such as PLSQL or Navicat, debug breakpoints, track and solve problems; 3. Familiar with the interface docking process, API, WEB Service and other interfaces, and will use tools to debug and track; 4. Master the enterprise ERP system, warehousing and logistics WMS system, be familiar with or understand the Finesoft reporting tools, and understand the Shanghai Haiding Company and Kingdee system is preferred; 5. Understand simple Linux system commands, such as ssh, proficient in Windows system and common office software, configure system environment variables according to documents, and understand general network knowledge; 6. Strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, communication ability and execution ability, have a certain ability to write documents, organize business process SOP documents, etc.; 7. Identify with the corporate culture, have a strong sense of collective honor, and have correct values.
