Job Responsibilities: General Manager of Operations (Preparation - Opening - Operations) Fully responsible for the management of all stages of the group's subordinate hotels (B&B Hotel, Cultural Tourism Town, Boutique Hotel, etc.) from preparation to opening to operation, as follows: I. Preparation period 1. Responsible for all the work in the preparatory stage of the hotel, set various targets for the preparation of the hotel and implement them according to plan; 2. Responsible for the hotel's preliminary positioning; 3. Followed up the construction and design of the hotel; 4. Responsible for the acceptance of project quality and decoration; 5. Ensure the completion, handover and acceptance of the hotel as planned, and the opening of the hotel as planned; II. Opening preparation 1. Be responsible for the timely arrival of all equipment and facilities before the opening of the hotel; 2. Responsible for the hotel's various licenses and permits; 2. Responsible for hotel talent recruitment, team building, staff training, etc. III. Operation after opening 1. Organize and formulate the hotel's service standards and working procedures, ensure the hotel's service quality and management level, and build the brand image; 2. Achieve the operation targets of each project assigned by the Group;
