Job Responsibilities
1. Provide support for overseas sales orders, supervise and follow up on order execution progress; 2. Accept overseas customer orders, provide quotations, contracts, delivery follow-ups, and shipping arrangements, as well as manage related documentation; 3. Promptly address and follow up on customer feedback issues, maintaining good customer relationships; 4. Compile and analyze sales data on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields from a recognized institution in Hong Kong; 2. Over 8 years of experience in industrial design, with more than 3 years in team management and at least 2 years of experience in overseas markets; 3. Experience working on both client and vendor sides, with a preference for experience in consumer electronics products; 4. Strong innovative thinking, technical acumen, and the ability to commercialize ideas; familiar with relevant design tools and research and development processes; 5. Excellent communication skills and an international perspective.
