Job Responsibilities
1. Decompose and achieve regional sales targets according to the company’s strategic goals. 2. Search and develop new clients through online, offline, trade shows, and local visits; promote the company’s brand and products. 3. Develop and implement sales policies for the German market; analyze competitors and market information, and provide sales strategy recommendations. 4. Develop potential clients and provide pre-service work, expand the e-cigarette market in the region, and meet sales targets. 5. Stay updated on the latest trends in target markets, assist with regional market promotion, and deepen channel penetration. 6. Maintain and follow up with major clients to strengthen deep cooperation. 7. Manage the team for the regional market.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language. 2. Experience managing the German market in the electronic cigarette industry, familiar with e-cigarette regulations and policies, with successful case examples. 3. Knowledgeable about the product, with strong insight and understanding of e-cigarette product trends in the assigned market area. 4. Strong business development skills, able to independently conduct customer appointments, visits, and key client negotiations, with experience in market expansion and channel management preferred. 5. High sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, proactive, and aligned with the company’s values and culture. 6. Strong goal orientation and self-motivation.
