Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for promoting social products in overseas markets, specifically in Singapore. Create and publish content introducing the product through various communication channels such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin, aiming to promote the company's products and increase user growth. 2. Develop marketing strategies and KPIs based on the company's product positioning and market strategy. Increase exposure and improve new user activation rates through organic growth and commercial traffic. 3. Possess excellent ad management skills, monitor channel quality and conversion rates, and optimize structure and strategies accordingly. 4. Analyze market and ad data, establish and improve ad databases and strategies, and optimize promotional effectiveness. 5. Conduct regular research on similar products in the market, continuously adjust ad strategies, provide analysis documents, and offer optimization suggestions.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-4 years of experience in mobile internet advertising. 2. Successful ad campaign experience on mainstream media platforms overseas, with key performance indicators significantly outperforming competitors. 3. Prior experience in promoting products in Singapore is preferred. 4. Familiar with overseas app advertising methods, techniques, and channel effects. 5. Data-sensitive, able to understand the relationship between various data and perceive changes in data. 6. Excellent logical and abstract thinking abilities, able to automate repetitive tasks. 7. Must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident, fluent in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in a third language is a plus. Must be able to travel to Shanghai for 1-2 months of work per year.
