Job Responsibilities

1. According to the company's organizational structure and department settings, prepare annual and phased personnel allocation plans, and complete the annual recruitment tasks according to the plan. 2. Sort out and optimize the job system, including job responsibilities, job maps, job appointment systems, etc., to provide guiding documents for selecting good talents. 3. Manage and improve the company's recruitment process and system, develop and utilize effective recruitment channels to meet the company's employment needs. 4. According to the job descriptions or job SOPs of each position, carry out personnel recruitment and training work to ensure that the necessary skills, business abilities, and basic qualities of personnel meet the company's employment requirements. 5. Responsible for drafting, revising, and improving the company's personnel related systems and workflow. 6. Design and build a competitive salary, benefits, and performance system that meets market demand, enabling it to play an effective incentive role, and on this basis, reasonably control labor costs. 7. Responsible for completing monthly salary and performance accounting, as well as supporting social security payment and business suspension procedures. 8. Fully integrate the company's vision, mission, and values into the construction and promotion of corporate culture, actively create a good working atmosphere and team culture, and maintain the stability of the employee team. 9. Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various important activities. 10. Familiarize and master local labor laws and policies, effectively handle the relationship between external labor and social security institutions. 11. Responsible for managing and handling employee relations, properly handling labor management and work-related injury issues, and controlling employment risks.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business management, Chinese, human resource management. 2. Fluent in Chinese reading and writing, with a solid understanding of Chinese culture or history. 3. More than three years of experience in the same position in the manufacturing industry, familiar with major modules of human resource management, and familiar with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations. 4. Good communication and coordination skills and written expression ability, familiar with official document writing. 5. Adapt to working in foreign-funded enterprises, have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, be positive, optimistic, passionate, and have strong resistance to pressure.
