Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction and operation of the brand's store on TikTok, and lead team members to achieve performance goals through the best combination of people, goods, venues, and content; 2. Promote the planning and implementation of live broadcast plans, continuously evaluate and track the live broadcast effect, and find and optimize problems in a timely manner; 3. Maintain a keen sense of the market, keep abreast of industry trends, competitive product information, and trends, provide new ideas and ideas for live broadcast operations, and explore the brand's TikTok operation model; 4. According to overseas market nodes, plan special activities, formulate operation strategies and promotion plans, track operation and promotion effects, and quickly iterate strategies with the help of market changes; 5. As the first person responsible for the project, be responsible for the final delivery of the project.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, CET-6 in English, able to communicate orally; 2. Have at least 2 years of experience in TikTok and Douyin live broadcast operations, live broadcast experience is preferred in beauty or FMCG, familiar with short videos and live broadcast gameplay; 3. Familiar with the commercialization model of Douyin & TikTok, and have a certain understanding of overseas platforms (TikTok, Google, Facebook); 4. Performance-oriented, with systematic thinking, excellent data analysis ability and user insight ability; 5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong self-motivation and learning ability.
